Changelog reviewed (astro 6.0.7->6.0.8, eslint 10.0.3->10.1.0). Astro fixes are for Actions/Cloudflare adapter/rewrite -- none of which we use in site/. ESLint minor adds bulk suppressions API and TSModuleBlock no-var fix. No actionable items.
