Changelog reviewed (v0.8.0, v0.8.1, v0.9.0). Package is installed but our tsconfig doesn't extend it — update is a no-op. Follow-up issue to be created to adopt @vue/tsconfig/tsconfig.dom.json properly. Safe to merge.
