• Data Pigeon: Founding engineer at an early-stage EV charging startup. I own a chunk of the AI and backend systems.
• DARE Lab @ UC Davis (PI: Prof. Junshan Zhang): ML research toward a top-venue publication. Currently extending a residual attention mechanism (AttnRes) to vision-language models, reproduced the original results and seeing consistent gains over baseline.
• Rizitanz: A fully autonomous content pipeline. It scrapes source stories, rewrites them into narration scripts, runs a multi-TTS backend, and uses Whisper for word-level subtitle alignment. MoviePy handles rendering. Scheduled uploads to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram are idempotent with retry and backoff, so a failed run recovers instead of double-posting, and results land in a SQLite registry that tunes later runs. 1,000,000+ views, 10,000+ watch hours, 1,300+ followers, no human in the loop.
• Hugging Face Context Course: Co-author on the official course (41,000+ enrolled learners), plus merged PRs to huggingface/course and a public dataset with 10,000+ downloads.

Attention mechanisms and VLM architectures, embodied / aerial autonomy and world models, knowledge distillation, and TTS. Targeting a top-venue paper (ICLR / NeurIPS).

• CalHacks AI Track Finalist: AthenAI, an AI tutor that generates animated diagrams and real-time feedback.

• Browser-based FPV drone simulator: real-time flight and control, runs entirely in the browser.
