They're at https://github.com/iKarith/AppleCommander/tree/mac-unistub but unmerged even with my master branch because SWT isn't working. @ksherlock notes it would probably be easier to port it to Swing than make SWT code that old work properly. Not looking forward to that—I didn't learn SWT back in the day and remember only the barest bit of it, and I have a hate/hate relationship with Oracle… If you want to give that a look and offer any thoughts you have, I'd be okay with merging that and the linux branch and PRing both. (The linux branch adds some stuff to make it easy to disable even trying to build the GUI—though you still need to provide a SWT at compile time because AppleCommander-ac.jar's build rule compiles some classes that use it, even if AppleCommander-ac.jar doesn't.)
