I build practical software systems end-to-end: product logic, backend, frontend, infrastructure, and operations.
My focus is simple: solve real problems with reliable, maintainable software.

   Building and improving production-oriented tools for real operational environments.

2. AI-assisted productivity products
   Designing tools that reduce repetitive work and preserve quality.

3. Developer tooling with clear painkiller value
   Especially around local environment reliability and workflow friction.

Private by design due to business context.

Translation workflow tooling for structured XML-based content.

• Focus: translation quality, structure safety, operator productivity
• Role: architecture + implementation + product direction
• Status: active refactor / consolidation

A new developer utility built from lessons/components of previous ChimeraStack work.

• Focus: avoid local port conflicts, improve dev environment reliability
• Problem addressed: the recurring address already in use friction
• Status: productization planning

• Start from constraints and real usage conditions
• Prefer simple systems that are observable and testable
• Automate recurring friction points
• Make tradeoffs explicit and document decisions
• Optimize for long-term maintainability over short-term cleverness

I keep them visible for transparency, but I prioritize active, high-signal projects above.
