The last PR (#497) already has the regression fix for the
eth.requiredblocksto work correctly. It's also good to include other name changes which modifies the flag usage frompeer.requiredblockstoeth.requiredblocksand corresponding variables.Reference: ethereum/go-ethereum#24817
