I think miden-base as the name is somewhat confusing (and we frequently refer to this as "miden protocol" repo). So, we should consider renaming it to something like miden-protocol.

Another thing is somewhat confusing is the name of the miden-lib crate. To be consistent with miden-stdlib, we could rename it to something like miden-protolib.

There are some bigger refactorings we could consider as well:

• Merging miden-objects and miden-lib into miden-protocol.
• The above would allow us to re-purpose miden-objects for something like defining serialization formats for all the underlying structs.

But changes like these probably warrant a separate discussion.
