Public Statement Regarding the Bill of Rights On Saturday the 31st May 2025, an email was sent to the PARLIAMENT OF SOUTH AFRICA INCORPORATED, together with the Declaration for the Rights of Man for South Africa republic, declaring the will of the people , and that the people now govern. The public statement declares: “That the CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA INC. is merely a corporate services provider contract to which the people are not a party and therefore it does not apply to we, the people. That the original un-enacted Bill of Rights co-authored by Albie Sachs and Kadar Asmal is titled “Declaration of the Rights of Man”. To this end we are establishing our Declaration and the sovereignty of our people as attached. That our Declaration is recorded by us and regarded as the Supreme Law of the land by growing numbers of traditional leaders and South Africans.”   | 31 May 2025 |

The 9th of September 2023, at Little Falls in Johannesburg, will forever be remembered as a historic date, where the Tribal Monarchs and Chiefs from across southern Africa, organised themselves, gathered together and held a lekgotla, signing the Declaration of Independence and Declaration of Allodial Land – exercising their inherent, undisputed, unalienable rights to Self-Governance and Self-Determination. These declarations return the power back to the people, to the custodians of this magnificent land, who stepped forward on that day, reclaiming their sovereignty, restoring balance and laying the foundations for monumental change in this country. This historic lekgotla, on the 9th of September 2023 set the wheels in motion for governance by the people, and for the fulfilling of the 1955 Freedom Charter, the 1995 Reconstruction and Development Programme, and the development and fulfilment of the 1992 UNDRIP, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, whilst also restoring justice with the development of customary law and lore, and common and natural law.
