Timber Apps, LLC (\”Company\”) provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for forestry operations including load tracking, settlements management, communications, reporting, and field applications (collectively the \”Services\”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Services provided through our platform.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
