PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Monthly Grocery Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is a recurring monthly promotion. Each monthly Promotion Period begins at 12:00 AM PST on the day immediately following the last Friday of the preceding month and ends at 11:59 PM PST on the last Friday of the giveaway month.

Example Schedule:

• February 2026 Giveaway: Begins February 1, 2026 (day after January 31, the last Friday of January) and ends February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (last Friday of February)
• March 2026 Giveaway: Begins February 28, 2026 (day after February 27, the last Friday of February) and ends March 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (last Friday of March)

Each monthly Promotion Period is a separate sweepstakes with separate entry requirements and prizes. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Wooldridge Law Injury Lawyers (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at giveaway@getthewin.com during any Promotion Period.

PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize Winner per Promotion Period will receive a $150 grocery gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $150). Gift card may be used at major grocery retailers in the Las Vegas area. Within 7 business days of winner notification, prize must be picked up at Sponsor’s office located at 400 S 7th St, Ste 490, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Winner may optionally choose to request their prize be delivered within 14 business days of winner notification. Total ARV of all prizes per Promotion Period: $150. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Clark County, Nevada who are 18 years or older (the “Entrant”). Sponsor and related entities and their officers, directors and employees are not eligible to enter or win. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting https://getthewin.com/community/. Submit your name and email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person per Promotion Period. Automated or multiple entries will be disqualified. All Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper.

BONUS ENTRIES (OPTIONAL)

Entrants may earn up to three (3) additional entries by completing the following optional actions:

Bonus entries are optional and not required to enter or win. Maximum total entries per person: four (4) per Promotion Period (excluding referrals).

REFERRAL ENTRIES

After entering, participants receive a unique referral link. Each new entry using the referral link earns one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to referral entries. Fraudulent or duplicate referrals will be disqualified.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

You may enter by emailing giveaway@getthewin.com with your full name, email address, mailing address, and “Monthly Entry” in the subject line. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the last Friday of the giveaway month. Limit one AMOE entry per person per Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIVACY

Personal information is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://getthewin.com/privacy-policy/.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Sponsor and related parties from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

WINNER LIST

Requests for the Winner List must be sent by mail within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
