How do I customise which options are included in quote requests?

You can change which fields are included in the quote widget on your website and when you add a quote manually.

Go to More > Customers > Quote options.
By default, all of the fields listed here are displayed when submitting a quote request. To hide any of the fields (Attachments, Availability, Bedrooms, Building Type, Consent, Frequency, Note), select the corresponding checkbox.

If the Attachments field is enabled, customers will be able to upload files with their quote request.

For example, domestic customers can attach pictures of their property, and commercial customers can attach requirement documents.

You can also edit, delete, or add more options to the Frequency choices here.
You can change which Terms and conditions document customers are required to read and agree to when requesting a quote. By default, this is the getSoapy terms and conditions.

You can pick any document from @docLink('howDoIAddMyBusinessDocuments', 'Policies & Documents'), whether you uploaded it or created it using one of our AI-assisted templates, as long as it's set to Show on website.

Click Save to apply your changes.
