Feed
In the feed screen, you have the ability to upload your (product) feed into Qonfi. This allows you to show products to your users that match based on the answers given in your question flow.
Data feed
See all imported feed data. Easily search through your data.
Master rules
Use the master rules button to exclude products from your entire flow using rules. Useful, for example, when you want to exclude out of stock products.
Mapping
Map your feed properties that you want to show on the result page, to the internal property fields in Qonfi.
Base properties
Base properties have a fixed place (and order) on the result page. This includes the following properties:
- Title (required): The title of the product.
- Url/link (required): The url to go to when clicking on the product in the advice.
- Image Url (optional): The url to the image for the product.
- Price (optional): The price for the product.
- Sale price (optional): A sale price for the product.
- Label (optional): A label like a promotion label or sale label for the product.
- Position (optional): The ascending order of your products on the result page.
- Unique Advice ID: (optional): Ensure that there are no products in your advice with the same property value. For example: select your "brand" property to avoid products with the same brand in your advice.
Additional mapping
Add USP or other additional properties to your product cards in your product advice.
Properties
Select the correct type for each of your feed properties. The type selected defines how you can filter and sort on the property.
Source
This is where you can upload your feed. Supported file types are .xml and .csv. Channable is often used to manage your product feed and to easily get a .csv or .xml url to your feed.
Import data
All feeds are automatically imported every night. You can hit the "Import data" button to manually import your feed.
Multi-language
When you have activated extra languages for your selling guide. A dropdown will appear which you can use to add language specific product feeds.
