OnceLink provides a secure file sharing platform that allows users to share files through password-protected, single-access links. Files are automatically deleted after the first download.

3. User Responsibilities and Content Liability

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for all content you upload and share through OnceLink.

• You retain full ownership and responsibility for all files you upload to OnceLink
• You are solely liable for any illegal, harmful, or infringing content you share
• OnceLink acts solely as a technical service provider and is not responsible for user-generated content
• You must not upload or share content that violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• You must not use the service to distribute illegal material, including but not limited to copyrighted content, child exploitation material, or content that promotes violence or terrorism
• You acknowledge that you may be held legally responsible for content you share that violates applicable laws

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: It is absolutely illegal and strictly prohibited to use OnceLink for sharing, distributing, or storing any illegal content, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child pornography, or any content involving the exploitation of minors
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts terrorism, violent extremism, or human trafficking
• Content that violates intellectual property rights, including pirated software, movies, music, or copyrighted materials
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code designed to harm others
• Any other content that violates federal, state, or international laws

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide all necessary information to assist in criminal investigations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any illegal content whatsoever, including child pornography, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content involving minors in exploitative situations
• Upload or share content that promotes terrorism, violence, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure through automated means or excessive usage

Any violation of these prohibitions, especially regarding illegal content, will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Files uploaded to OnceLink are:

• Stored securely using encryption
• Automatically deleted after the first download
• Not accessed, viewed, or scanned by OnceLink staff except as required by law or to maintain service integrity
• Subject to our Privacy Policy

6. Service Availability and Limitations

OnceLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That files will remain available for any specific duration
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnceLink and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
