Our Founder, Alex Bellini, experienced the need for this firsthand while working in his family’s San Diego auto body shop, All American Paint & Body (AAPB). He saw how easily online reviews influence customer flow—regardless of the actual quality of work. Competing businesses were gaming the system with fake positive reviews, launching malicious attacks, and manipulating local rankings with no accountability. Worse, there was no tool that helped a business fight back—especially not one that worked for you.
After AAPB was acquired by Crash Champions, Alex launched GetDandy to build the world’s first AI-powered platform that didn’t just track online reputation—it took action.
