Managing your account, privacy settings, and data protection

Here’s how:

Here’s what all those terms in your account actually mean:

• Membership: Shows whether you’re monthly or yearly

• Status Active: Your subscription is current and good to go

• Status Cancelled: You’ve cancelled but still have access until the end date

• Status Hold: No payment method on file yet—your account is inactive

• Plan Details: How often you’re billed (monthly/yearly)

• Start Date: When your current subscription began

• Expiry Date: When your access ends (updates monthly for monthly subscriptions)

• Access paid: Confirms your payment method is successfully set up

• Amount: What you’re paying

You can cancel anytime in your account. Your membership will automatically end after the current billing period. For monthly subscriptions, it ends the following month.

You can change your subscription type anytime in your account. Just be aware of your current subscription’s end date to avoid double charges.

You can’t delete your account yourself, but we’re happy to do it for you. Email us at https://getcheex.com/contact/, and we’ll securely remove your data from our system.

We absolutely respect your privacy. There’s no personalized advertising, and we don’t share your data with third parties. Billing is done through Mix & Match GmbH—that’s the name you’ll see on your bank statement.

CHEEX isn’t in app stores, but you can use it in your browser or save it to your desktop.
