HOW DO WE PROCESS/OBTAIN OPT-IN/OPT-OUT NOTICES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES?
When you sign up to receive marketing or recruiting emails from us (opt-in), your information is added to the email provider's secure database for use by us. Every email you receive will contain a link to unsubscribe (opt-out) at the bottom of the email.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Geosyntec stores and destroys Personal Information in line with applicable laws and Geosyntec’s data retention policies and procedures. Geosyntec will retain the data in accordance with the statutory period relating to the purpose of processing for which it was collected or subsequently authorized.
Employment or recruiting candidates Personal Information may be processed and retained as part of the hiring or rehiring process. The length of time data may be stored will be based on laws relating to these requirements.
