GeoModeller, developed by Intrepid Geophysics, is a 3D geological modeling and geophysical inversion platform for building consistent subsurface models from diverse data sources. It uses implicit modeling techniques to reconstruct stratigraphy, faults, and intrusions from contacts and structural measurements, and it links geological interpretations to gravity and magnetic data through forward and inverse modeling to reduce uncertainty and improve geologic plausibility.
Designed for mineral exploration, groundwater and geothermal studies, carbon storage, and engineering geology, GeoModeller supports end-to-end workflows—from data compilation and structural framework building to scenario testing, uncertainty evaluation, and clear communication of results.
Key capabilities:
GeoModeller helps teams iterate faster, capture expert knowledge consistently, and make better-informed decisions with a defensible 3D geological model that honors both geology and geophysics.
GeoModeller is developed by Intrepid Geophysics and is used by 2 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 1.3, 2.1, 3.2 and 3.3. The name of the program executable file is geomodeller.exe.
