Cost

Great news!

This meeting is generously funded by UK Research & Innovation, through the Engineering & Physical Sciences Council International Quantum Technologies Network grant LeviNet EP/W02683X/1 (Chair: James Millen).

The funding will allow us to organize the workshop free of charge as well as to cover travel related expenses (see travel realted details in the venue section)! Of course, if someone wants to bring some sweet and/or alcoholic delicacies from their current country of residence, we are more than happy.

As we are still trying to minimize our expenses while strengthening the generation |Y〉 community spirit, we will again help with the dishes and preparing the meals being sous-chefs (whenever required) but we will have a chef taking care of most.

Do I need to register if there are no costs?

Obviously, YES!

We will need your information. Please note that the registration will be binding. In case you will have to cancel less than 2 weeks before the workshop, we might have to charge you with a compensation fee so please only register if you are sure to participate and in case of changes please let us konw immediately such that we can fill up the freed-up spots.

The workshop registration includes accommodation with bed sheets and towels, food, workshop fee, hiking costs, yoga sessions,…

Until when do I need to register?

Only after we receive your registration your participation is fully confirmed. Please only register if you really have the time to join us to now prevent others from coming due to the limited number of spots. Please also register as soon as you know that you are able to join, as it will help us planing and possibly stop us from promoting the event further.
