Rules and Regulations:

• The event will be offline; all team members must be present at the venue. Absentees will lead to disqualification.
• Teams must have 2-4 members and choose a team name.
• Registration requires accurate team details; unclear entries will be rejected.
• Submissions will be evaluated by judges, possibly in multiple rounds, based on provided descriptions, images, and videos.
• Participants are requires to make a presentation.
• Judges may evaluate the product across multiple rounds, which can include live demonstrations, video submissions, and presentations.
• Any misconduct, rule violation, or tampering may result in disqualification.
• Cheating or plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification.
• Teams must coordinate with the Neutron management team for smooth event execution.
• All decisions by the Administrator and Judges are final.

• Objective: Develop a user-friendly website or mobile application prototype on the theme.
