If you are starting a new business or want to update your profile image, Gem Clicks is here to make it easy. We can come to you or meet you at a convenient location. We bring everything that we need to make the photography process simple. Our photographers are trained to make your experience simple and fun. We know how to pose you for the perfect portrait photograph and will get your edited images to you quickly.

Headshot photography can take many different forms. When we work with our you to help you get a fresh new profile image, we do it differently.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS...

1 BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR HEADSHOT

We can come to you and bring everything that we need or we can meet you on a location of your choice. Want a formal studio? Not a problem. Just let us know and we will arrange a studio location close to you for your convenience.

2 SET ASIDE AN HOUR

We always like to budget about an hour with you to get the perfect shot. This will include the set up and tear down time. We will need a few minutes to set up the lighting and backdrops or to find that perfect outdoor location.

3 SMILE

We will take a number of photos of you in different poses. You are welcome to change your outfit to try a couple of different looks. We will show you a sample of the image and help pose you properly to get that perfect shot

4 PICK THE PERFECT SHOT

We will send you a gallery of different shots to chose from. They will be lightly retouched at this point and you are welcome to download them all if you wish. Pick your favourite image and let us know the file name. From here we will retouch the image to remove any skin blemishes and will remove the background so that you have a transparent background version to keep.

5 USE THE PHOTO

Once you have the perfect photo, it’s time to put that photo to use. Use it consistently on all of your social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter for consistency. You will also want to update your email signature, Google profile and website to show off you new photo.

LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE HEADSHOT SESSION FOR YOUR TEAM?

Getting photos of an entire team is a great way to ensure consistency on your website and various marketing platforms. , we recognize that getting everyone’s headshot updated at the same time can be a challenge. We will work with you to arrange a booking platform for people to sign up and will come right to your office door to make the process simple. When we shoot group headshots, we typically budget about 15 minutes per person to minimize disruption in the workplace. We also offer preferred rates for corporate headshot sessions.

On-site headshot photography can be a great way to connect with people. Consider inviting us to join you the next time you have a booth at a trade show. We will bring everything we need to offer complimentary headshots for people who walk by your booth. It’s a great way to draw people in, start a discussion, provide some value and capture their information.

EVENTS

We have the experience offering headshots for events such as golf tournaments and gala dinners. Whenever people are out for a social event, consider inviting one of our headshot photographers to capture the event. We will set up a backdrop and all of the lighting to make your guests feel like a VIP and leave them with a great photo to commemorate the occasion.

OFFICE

Consider using headshot photography as part of your recruiting and retention strategies. Your staff will feel part of a team and will know you care when you take the time to provide corporate headshots of them. We are happy to come to your office whenever you hire new employees whose photo needs to be added to your website or print materials.
