Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time

  • Worldwide Shipping: 10–15 business days

Note: Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or seasonal volume are outside our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please verify your address before placing an order.
Geedup is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


🔄 No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Geedup operates under a strict no-refund policy.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We only offer replacements (no refunds) if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The wrong product is received.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at Order@geedup.net within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review and ship a replacement if approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your order as delivered, Geedup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
