The idea of hackathon at LSU was first floated around by a disgruntled student that attended one of the many fantastic hackathons available in the north and west. He later could not find any near Baton Rouge. A group of undergraduates, who all share the same sentiments as the disgruntled student, got together to plan a hackathon at LSU; "GeauxHack" was born. With the support of LSU STEM Talent Expansion Program, and other possible sponsors, we are hoping ot make GeauxHack Happen.
