Return Policy
SafetyTest accepts returns on eligible FR apparel under the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Logoed Apparel
1. Customers with an executed stocking agreement may return logoed items.
2. Customers without a stocking agreement are not eligible to return logoed items.
3. Please contact your program administrator to confirm eligibility.
Return Shipping
1. Free returns are available for customers with a signed stocking agreement.
2. Customers without a stocking agreement are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
2. Please allow up to one week after the return is received for the credit to appear.
