One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

An Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) is a unique acquisition instrument that enables agencies to engage in transactions outside the scope of standard Government contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements. Unlike traditional contracts, OTAs are not governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), or many other statutes and regulations associated with Federal Government contracting. This flexibility allows OTAs to offer a practical, efficient, and user-friendly approach for connecting Government buyers with commercial sellers of advanced technologies.
