[About this app]

What: Gander allows quick access, saving, and sharing (e.g., e-mail, SMS) of news articles. User preferences (e.g., news based on region, shareable contents) can be saved in the "Settings" menu.

Why: Viewing news on the go is convenient. But it can be cumbersome when trying to share pertinent article information by copying/pasting to another app. Gander can alleviate this process. The user can take a quick Gander (shameless pun) of the latest news and share the original article with a few taps. The user can quickly save a reference to an article for later access and sharing. All syncing of data is done manually to avoid any unnecessary data costs.

Who: Gander is compatible with version Android 2.2 and above. Landscape/portrait for both phones and tablets are supported.
