You can find all rules in the userinfo, these are the more detailed rules.
CREDIT.This is important, and I do not take this lightly.
Here's two simple ways to credit.
Crediting an Icon; 1. Right click the icon and click 'Save Picture/Image as' and a window should pop up.
2. Click 'Save' on the window that pops up. Save somewhere you will remember (Desktop is the easiest). [this also avoids hotlinking]
3. Go to Manage >> User Pictures.
4. Find the image where you saved it. After its uploaded in the KEYWORDS or COMMENTS type 'credit: Fxxck'.
That's it :).Just click Save Settings and you should be all set!
Crediting for header; Save the header [don't hotlink] and upload to your own server. If you currently use a header or blend, just go to your userinfo and credit my username. Thank you!
COMMENTING.Please comment on the entry witht he exact graphic you are taking. This just helps me see whose taking what && such. If I don't find people not commenting, I won't be happy.
HOTLINKING.Do not hotlink! If my bandwidth goes sky-hight I will delete the pictures or re-name them. If it gets too out of hand, I will replace the links with some other image.

CUSTOMIZE.I usually never make bases, but if I do...I will customize them (I will tell you in the post). Some icons look like bases, but are customized in some way. Please never customize without my permission.
