By engaging Future Profilez for any service, you acknowledge and agree to the principles outlined in this document, together with any project proposal, service agreement, statement of work (SOW), or contract executed between both parties.

Operational Guidelines

- Unauthorized third-party outsourcing of active project work
- Direct engagement with client end-customers without approval
- Working on production environments without authorization
- Use of unlicensed software or assets
- Sharing confidential information without permission
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct toward team members
We reserve the right to suspend services where these guidelines are violated.
Project Management & Communication
Clients may receive access to Future Profilez Project Management Platform (FPP) or approved collaboration tools for:
- Task management
- Progress tracking
- Project communication
- Issue reporting
- Documentation sharing
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and user access permissions.
Project Delivery & Acceptance
Projects may be delivered in phases, milestones, sprints, or releases depending on the engagement structure.
Clients may be requested to:
- Review deliverables
- Perform testing
- Approve completed work
- Provide acceptance confirmation
If feedback is not received within a reasonable period, delivered work may be considered accepted for scheduling and project progression purposes.
We strongly recommend using staging or testing environments prior to production deployment.
Billing & Payment Terms
Invoices may be generated based on:
- Project milestones
- Dedicated resource allocation
- Monthly retainers
- Hourly development services
- Support agreements
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments are due according to invoice terms.
- Work may commence only after required deposits or advance payments are received.
- Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
- Outstanding invoices must be settled before final delivery, deployment, or transfer of ownership.
All pricing excludes applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all applicable invoices:
- Custom-developed source code
- Project-specific designs
- Deliverables created exclusively for the client
- Approved project assets
become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Future Profilez retains ownership of:
- Proprietary frameworks
- Internal tools
- Reusable components
- Development methodologies
- Templates
- Pre-existing intellectual property
Any third-party software, plugins, APIs, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Security & Data Responsibility
Future Profilez implements commercially reasonable security practices to protect project environments and client information.
However, clients remain responsible for:
- Backup management
- Access control
- Credential security
- Third-party account management
- Infrastructure ownership where applicable
We recommend maintaining independent backups of all business-critical systems and data.
AI Services & Automation Solutions
Where Future Profilez provides AI development, automation services, machine learning integrations, or AI-assisted workflows:
- Outputs may require human review.
- AI-generated results may vary depending on source data and models.
- Clients remain responsible for reviewing outputs before operational use.
- Future Profilez does not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from AI systems.
AI implementations should always be evaluated within the context of business processes, compliance requirements, and organizational risk management.
Warranty & Support
Future Profilez provides a limited warranty period for defects directly resulting from our implementation.
During the warranty period, verified issues caused by our development work will be corrected without additional charges.
The warranty does not cover:
- Third-party modifications
- Hosting-related issues
- External service failures
- Unauthorized code changes
- New feature requests
- Platform updates outside project scope
Additional support services may be available under separate maintenance agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Future Profilez provides professional services using industry-standard practices and commercially reasonable efforts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Profilez shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Third-party service failures
- Hosting outages
- Cybersecurity incidents outside our control
Our total liability for any claim related to a project or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant engagement.
Project Suspension & Termination
Future Profilez reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in circumstances including:
- Non-payment
- Material breach of agreement
- Abusive conduct
- Illegal activity
- Security risks
- Inability to obtain required project information
Upon termination, all completed work and outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
Non-Solicitation
To protect operational integrity and business continuity, clients agree not to directly recruit, hire, solicit, or engage Future Profilez employees, contractors, designers, developers, consultants, or project personnel outside of Future Profilez during the active engagement and for a reasonable period following project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Issue Resolution & Client Support
We encourage clients to raise concerns promptly through designated communication channels.
Our team is committed to resolving issues professionally, transparently, and efficiently.
Most concerns can be addressed quickly through collaboration between project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
Professional Conduct
Future Profilez values respectful and professional business relationships.
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and act in good faith throughout the engagement.
