When a re-checkin is done, a camper's last seen and history information is updated even if they are already checked in. In addition, the camper's check-in time is now shown on the Activities page when checked-in, instead of the activity start time. Finally, this release contains bug fixes and performance improvements. 4.7.0 01/22/2024 This release adds the ability to assign and scan wristband barcodes using a camera-based barcode scanner. In addition, you can now filter by cabin on the Activities page, set the app to remember the cabin and/or transport filter in settings, and the next health appointment is shown in the camper’s detail page. Finally, by default, the Arrival process always shows the camper's status while at camp (i.e., does not reset after a fixed time). 4.6.1 01/09/2024 New features in this release include improved navigation on the process pages, pull to refresh for history, showing the number of campers present at camp on the accounts page, display of a reconnect box on failure to connect to the NFC scanner, and changing the sort order to earlier first for activity reservations. Bug fixes include fixing occasional unexpected errors on wristband scans, fixing schedule template time ranges when minutes > = 30, fixing the operation of early checkins, and properly showing updated session and cabin information on the activities and accounts pages. 4.4.1 07/25/2023 This release adds the camper balance to the profile page and the wristband assignment page. In addition, it fixes a bug that prevented URL based wristband assignment, and a bug that would incorrectly cancel future appointments during meds administration. 4.3.0 06/19/2023 The major new features contained in this version are providing for entry of health information by camper, and supporting check-out from activities (check-in was already supported). Also, a button was added to the health camper detail page to access the appointment schedule more easily. Finally, screen refresh bugs were resolved. 4.2.1 06/06/2023 This version now provides scheduling and tracking of appointments for Nurses giving medication to campers. In addition, the location (e.g., bin) of medications can be entered, saved, and displayed for each camper. Also, a new Accounts display is available from the main menu, where you can lookup campers by name or by wristband scan, and display their information. Finally, the Accounts display allows assignment of wristbands by individual or in bulk. 4.0.1 05/10/2023 This version adds the ability to sort the Departing or Releasing tab during Departure by parent arrival (the default) or by name. In addition, the Households tab now sorts by parent status, so, for example, parents that are waiting are shown at the top. Also, the option to skip the "child-enroute" step during "Greet and Release" has been added a an organizational configuration setting. Finally there are a few bug fixes as well. 3.4.0 11/02/2022 This version changes the camp roll calls to make it clear when a camper is arriving to camp for the first time vs participating in a roll call. If the buttons say "Arrived" and "No-Show", the camper is expected to be attending camp but not yet arrived. Tapping "Arrived" marks them as having arrived at camp. When they are marked "No-Show", they can be marked later as arrived if they come late. In addition, there have been bug fixes and improvements to meal orders. Finally, on any selection list, you can now tap anywhere on an item to select it, rather than just on the checkmark. 3.3.0 07/23/2022 This release includes a couple of new features and bug fixes. Among the new features is an optional, faster resync method. Also, if the device is used offline, a message will appear at the bottom reminding you to connect to the internet as soon as possible to record pending changes. Bugs fixed include fixing the filtering of sessions and cabins, error messages relating to the participant cache, and an issue that occurs only when logged off for a long period of time. 3.2.0 06/23/2022 This version adds the ability to search reservations by confirmation code, the removal if the “Confirm Absent” button from the camper meal order form, and the fixing of a bug that prevented the display of notes. In addition, the low memory popup has been removed. 3.1.0 06/03/2022 This version adds several new features for camps: 1) A nurse process that supports administering of medications and performing medical examinations, 2) Support for general purpose activities that are either open or reservation based, 3) Ability to update camper’s pictures, 4) Updating or cancelling meal orders taken during arrival, 5) Departure now supports either a parent-centric or camper-centric process, depending on how the camp operates, 6) Selection of current, future, or past sessions in the filter, 7) And other performance and reliability improvements. Also, you’ll notice that when the app is launched or resumed it may show a “Resync” display. This indicates the app is getting the most recent changes from the server. It is best to let this finish so the app displays the latest information. If you dismiss the Resync display, the resync process will continue in the background, BUT the app may show stale (old) information until the resync completes. 3.0.0 04/30/2022 This version supports landscape mode for iPad devices (iPhones are still portrait only), timely display updates to the Select Process page when the underlying data changes, the support for Entry Control to an activity or resource (does not require a reservation, only that you are a member), and a number of performance and reliability improvements. 2.1.0 08/31/2021 Version 2 of the Attendance app now supports camps, schools, and recreational facilities. For camps and schools, activities are arranged into processes such as driver (transportation), cabins, arrival, departure, etc. While connected to the Internet, all devices in use will receive updates from each other in seconds, keeping everybody aware of the latest status. During arrival or roll call, there is the ability to present a COVID screening form or a simple checklist for the staff. You can also add notes on participants and mark the notes as "alerts" to convey important information. A history is automatically kept of all activity and it can be viewed and searched on the device. For recreational facilities, households and members can be searched using their name or by scanning the QR code issued by FunFangle using a Socket Mobile scanner. Members or households can then be checked into the pool, gym, court, or other resource they have booked. Finally, new reservations can be created on the spot, in case somebody forgot to do so. Finally, Attendance now has sound! For camps and schools, you'll be able to hear when each wristband is successfully scanned as each person arrives.
