At HengHui Chain, we build chains for how people actually ride, not just how bikes look on paper. Our multi-speed chains use chamfered outer plates that make gear shifts quiet and smooth, cutting friction and keeping your drivetrain healthier for longer. For single-speed and BMX riders, we use high-tensile alloys that absorb hard impacts and heavy torque without giving out early.

E-bikes changed the game. Mid-drive motors put a completely different kind of stress on a chain, so we engineered ours specifically for that, reinforced pins, thicker plates, stronger riveting. No shortcuts. Whatever you ride, we make a chain built around it.

We've learned over the years that quality starts with the right steel, properly alloyed and heat-treated so it holds under real tension without stretching out early. Each pin goes through chrome-hardening because that's where wear begins if you skip it. The coating is layered to handle moisture and rough conditions, not just there for appearance.

Before anything ships, our QC team runs dimensional checks, pull-tests chains to destruction, and puts every batch through salt-spray testing. If it doesn't clear all three, it doesn't go out. That's just how we've always done it.
