How it works
The system removes suspended solids from wastewater using advanced technology, including clarifiers and plate packs, which are optimized for high efficiency. These components allow solids to settle out of the water quickly. WaveXP uses sensors to monitor performance, alert operators of potential issues, and automatically adjust settings based on workload. An advanced touchscreen control system manages various aspects of operation, such as water pressure, chemical dosing, and system purging.

A stainless steel pump cage that houses the slurry pump, along with a pit stir system that uses stainless steel eductor nozzles to blast the slurry pit with water as needed, minimize pit maintenance and greatly reduce pit cleaning.*
