Fuelio is an app which helps you keep track of fuel consumption, mileage and all your car's expenses, including refueling, maintenance, tolls and insurance. You can even activate GPS route tracking to find out the real cost of your regular trips.

Record whenever you refuel and see your actual consumption

Fuelio allows you to keep track of every time you refuel, indicating the amount of fuel, the total cost, and the total miles traveled, and the app takes care of calculating your fuel economy between trips to the gas station. It supports different fuel types as well as bi-fuel vehicles, for example those that use gasoline and LPG, or diesel and AdBlue, managing two tanks simultaneously with separate consumption statistics. Based on the data provided, the app generates consumption statistics and graphs, cost per mile, and monthly expenses that help you see if your car is consuming more than expected.

Manage multiple vehicles and all the associated expenses

Fuelio allows you to manage one or more vehicles, assigning refuelings, services, and other costs such as parking, car washes, tires, or insurance to each one. The Costs module allows you to create your own categories (maintenance, inspection, tolls, etc.) and review summaries by category or totals, as well as make comparisons between fuel expenditure and other expenses. As a result, you will have a complete overview of the actual cost per month or year for each vehicle in your garage.

View statistics and spend less on refueling

Fuelio shows your data in the form of graphs, with average consumption, monthly spending, number of times refueled, distance traveled, and evolution over time. At the same time, one of Fuelio's best features is the ability to compare gas stations to see where you can fill up your tank for less.

Cloud backups and data export

Your Fuelio data is stored locally, but you can enable automatic backups in Dropbox or Google Drive so you don't lose your history even if you change or lose your device. If you prefer spreadsheets, you can export the information to CSV and then import it back or load it into other programs. By doing this, years of refueling and expense records can be kept safe, and you can reuse that data for your own analysis or for reports.

Trip log with GPS and quick widgets

Fuelio includes a GPS trip log to record complete routes, showing the distance, estimated cost, and the journey on a map, as well as allowing the route to be saved in GPX format. Trips can be started and stopped manually or automatically, and you can even use quick access widgets to add fuel stops or track journeys from the home screen. The app also incorporates calendar or mileage-based reminders to notify you, for example, of upcoming services or oil changes.
