we're open for the season!
we have peaches, hard cider, and local produce.
Come on in and see what we’ve been working on over the past few months.
A couple of late-season freezes resulted in the loss of our peach crop this year, but we’re excited to throw open our gates and welcome you back to the farm. Like many of our neighbors in Rappahannock County, and orchards from New Jersey to North Carolina, we’re feeling the impact of this season’s weather challenges.
Have no fear! We’ve sourced delicious local peaches from friends in other parts of Virginia who fared a little better than we did, so there will be plenty available for purchase. We also have hard cider on tap, refreshing slushies, locally-grown veggies, and much more.
We’re choosing to see this as an opportunity to grow in new ways. Our crew has embraced that challenge, and we’re excited to bring you a season that feels just as vibrant, welcoming, and fun as ever, and maybe even a little more so.

What to Expect This Season:
- Our farm market is open and stocked with peaches and other fresh produce from Virginia orchards that were not impacted by the late-season freeze.
- All your F. T. Valley favorites: peach salsas, apple butters, peach slushies and hard cider on tap and in the fridge
- A curated selection of locally-sourced goods

We plant sunflowers, pour the cider, and invite you to stay awhile.
We can’t wait to welcome you back to the farm for a season full of beauty, connection, and a few new traditions.
our story
In 2008, our family purchased a parcel of land in Nethers, just over Browns Mountain from the orchard. We started with a small herd of cattle, and eventually got into the grass-fed beef business. Eight years later, we expanded our operations. Read our story to find out how we evolved.
