Lead Consultant
Director of Client Relations

Dr. Gover is a doctoral-level Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She worked at Western New England University where she received her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis while serving as a lead clinician and researcher in the Life Skills Clinic focused on improving assessment and treatment processes for severe problem behavior. She also led the development of our approach for assessing and treating food selectivity, internally referred to as the “Eating without Tears” program.

Following her time at the university, she has published research on the practical functional assessment (PFA) and skill-based treatment (SBT), the assessment and treatment of food selectivity, incorporating trauma-informed care strategies into behavioral services, and assent-based models of learning.

Dr. Gover has trained practitioners from all over North America as well as in Brazil, Italy, Nicaragua, and Israel. She is passionate about bringing effective solutions to practitioners and families struggling with behavioral issues, specifically food selectivity, and doing so in a way that promotes agency and autonomy within therapeutic processes

Trainings and consultation with Dr. Gover will begin in January but reach out now to FTF (www.ftfbc.com) to secure a spot in her calendar!
