Independently design and directly implement the process with a client through intermittent supervision of a credentialed supervisor.

Requirements: As of January 1, 2025, successfully met or exceeded the following requirements as a lead implementor while being supported by a Level 7 consultant in good standing:

  1. Lead case conceptualization by conducting open-ended interviews, drafting IISCA and SBT plans, addressing stakeholder questions and concerns, and ensuring implementation adheres to FTF’s Do’s and Don’ts checklist.
  2. Maintained weekly SBT meetings as a spokesperson and consistently provided the following materials for regular review on a weekly basis across a minimum of 8 weeks:
  • SBT data sheets or graphs
  • Consultation progress reports (e.g., Weekly FTF PowerPoint template or Weekly Meeting Notes), offering a comprehensive overview of successes and weekly wins, challenges, proposed solutions, and plans for the upcoming week
  • Video captures

(In cases where treatment dosage was shared between the lead and support implementor, the lead implementor contributed between 30% and 100% to SBT practice, or at least 1 hour per week, as demonstrated through regular video submissions.).

What to submit with your application:

  1. Level 1 evidence
  2. Completed Level 4 Credentialing Checklist signed by a Level 7 Consultant
  3. Letter of verification signed by a Level 7 Consultant
