Frontline Strong Together program (FST5) offers free mental health and wellness trainings for Michigan’s first responders and departments.

Developed by first responders, clinicians, and behavioral health experts, these sessions combine lived experience with evidence-based practices to build resilience, awareness, and peer support skills.

All courses are available at no cost to departments and can be delivered in person or online.
