SCRATCH THAT LAST POST I GUESS LMFAO

It is soooo hot out I am melting into a little puddle of chubby nerd girl. Today's the kind of day I wish I was on the beach for. WELP that'll be coming soon enough, I suppose.

I am doing better than I was before. My usual social insecurities + changes in medication = FREAKING OUT. But like I said, DOING BETTER. It is making me have lots of weird dreams, though. For the past few years, I've repeatedly had dreams involving me going into a store with my family (usually a store that only I'd be interested in, i.e. anime store) and looking around for a long time, but never finding anything I truly want. In the end, I always end up buying something that I didn't really want because there was nothing better to get and I was feeling guilty for keeping my family there / they were mad for being kept there for so long. Not sure what that means.

APPING INTO MORE ROLEPLAYS OH MY GOODNESS desperately trying to keep the fire for Henry (the app cycle at SP took so long that I kind of burned out my excitement) but in the meantime, I'm working on another sirenspull app for Neuro, as well as one a gargleblasted app for Saki (from Eden of the East.) The reserve on the latter actually runs out tomorrow BUT ALL I HAVE TO DO IS WRITE THE 3RD PERSON SAMPLE... Rereading Neuro is really fun! It's been long enough for me to enjoy it again.

I played Sonic Colors and it was okay but I am like really not in the mood for Sonic right now. I WANTED DRAGON AGE 2 SOB or another horror game

Life is kinda rough lately! A few close friends seem depressed and my mom is really, really sick. But hopefully everything will come out okay in the end. I BELIEVEEEEE

I got Sonic Colors from Gamefly but my Wii's audio won't work for some reason?? so I haven't tried it yet

My first year of college is almost over! WOWIE KAZOWIE. Thank god. It's been alright, I guess, but I still feel uncertain of my future. Like always, I have faith that things will work out in the end, but I wish I knew NOW what I should do. hmmm.

Programming = the worst idea I ever had. Never again.

I was at Anime Boston last weekend! Somehow, it wasn't quite as fun as last year, but I still had a blast. Lots of good costumes and silliness all around. My cosplays both kind of fell apart but WHATEVER. Next year I will have more victory. (Also I got a half-size Squishable owl which makes everything better.) My pictures haven't developed yet (people without digital cameras: me) but when they have, I'll post them and stuff.

Whatever man. Currently in my exciting life:

I have a huuuuuge programming problem set to do and it is terribly confusing and also due on Wednsday night. AWESOME. Once that's out of my life, I will undoubtedly feel much less stressed out.

About 4 weeks of school left, including finals week. Awesome! I have a lot of plans for this summer which I am excited about. ♥ I should really get a job, but instead I'm going to volunteer at the local cat shelter. Because I don't actually have any working experience, I like cats, and I like doing charity work. Seems like a good enough place to start as any.

Anime Boston is next week! WOW THAT CAME UP REALLY FAST. My Walter wig is absolutely terrible, but I'm going to see if I can fix it up a bit. The rest of the costume is fine, but no matter what, I'm probably going to be EXTREMELY BLONDE WALTER SULLIVAN. The hair fibers in it are too synthetic for me to darken. At least my Ladd costume looks great this year with the new wig + shotgun prop. ANIKI REDUX

Internet front:
Apping Shin at gargleblasted and might be putting Henry in as my second character at sirenspull. I'm slowly trying to crawl back onto the RP scene.

God Livejournal is terrible lately.

Oh god I seriously just tasted the worst food of my life. I've been eating dormitory cafeteria food for a few months now, but it's all been surprisingly good UNTIL NOW.

Soup. Chunky brown soup with soggy unidentifiable vegetables and thin slices of meat in it. It was sausage soup, but it seriously smelled like pee. I've fortunately never tasted pee so I can't say that was also the disgusting flavor it had but you know what I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF IT WAS
