  • David Robertson

    CEO & Chief Investment Officer

    David Robertson has over 20 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $15 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company, a publicly traded multifamily REIT (AIMCO, NYSE: AIV) with more than $10 billion of assets. Mr. Robertson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

  • Scott Berry, CFA

    Managing Principal, Data Analytics

    Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and is a CFA charter holder.

  • Christopher Davis

    Managing Principal, Investments

    Christopher Davis has 18 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $6 billion of transactions during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was a Regional President and Managing Director at The Picerne Group, a private real estate investment firm. Prior to joining The Picerne Group in 2009, he was a Senior Vice President with Fairfield Residential. Mr. Davis has real estate experience covering acquisitions, developments, redevelopments, dispositions, joint ventures, and distressed debt. Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College.

  • Greg Moran, CFA

    Managing Principal, Investments

    Greg Moran has 24 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $10 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, fund investments, and joint ventures during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was Chief Investment Officer of Ares Real Estate Income Trust (AREIT), a diversified property fund with more than $5 billion of assets. Mr. Moran earned a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and is a CFA charter holder.

  • Scott Egarian

    Principal, Investments

    Scott Egarian has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, having closed more than $7 billion of transactions across various property types in addition to overseeing a portfolio of $5 billion. Prior to joining FrontRange, he served for 12 years in various roles within the Private Real Estate team at Partners Group, a global private equity firm with approximately $150 billion of assets under management. Most recently he served as a Senior Investment Lead, in which he assisted in the formation of Partners Groups’ global PropCo / OpCo strategy. During his tenure he also led the Americas Direct Sales team and Americas Asset Management team. Prior to Partners Group, he held roles as an Associate at Monday Properties and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Egarian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at The George Washington University.

  • Goodwin Gaw

    Gaw Capital Partners

    Goodwin Gaw is the Founder and Managing Principal of Gaw Capital Partners, a Hong Kong based real estate private equity fund management company that focuses on markets in Greater China and other high barrier to entry markets within the Asia Pacific region. Since its inception in 2005, Gaw Capital has raised equity of $22 billion and currently has assets under management of approximately $33.6 billion (as of Q3 2022). Mr. Gaw has more than 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in the United States and Asia, having served as Vice Chairman of Pioneer Global Group, Founder and President of Downtown Properties, and former Chairman of Global Gateway. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Stanford University.

  • Emanuel Gonzalez-Revilla

    GRB Management

    Emanuel Gonzalez-Revilla served as Panama’s Ambassador to the United States and is Chairman and Managing Partner of GRB Management, a private equity and asset management company with over $1.5 billion of investments under management across several industries including telecommunications, financial services, power generation, shipping, fuel storage / distribution and commercial real estate. He is Chairman of the Board of Panama Power Holdings, Ltd. and Torres Andinsas, SA, and is also a Director of MHC Holdings, Ltd., Empresas General de Inversiones, S.A., and Banco General. He is also the former Chairman of the Board of Agencia del Area Economica Especial Panama Pacifico (Panama Pacifico), a successful real estate redevelopment project of the former U.S. Howard Air Force Base in Panama City. Additionally, he was founder and director of the wireless providers BellSouth Panama and BellSouth Guatemala. Emanuel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • John Krambeer

    Validus Capital

    John Krambeer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Validus Capital and has served as a financial adviser to wealthy families and institutional investors for three decades. Mr. Krambeer has extensive experience providing wealthy families with strategic investment advice, structuring portfolios to meet long-term objectives, and creating private investment vehicles across the alternatives landscape. As of 2019, Mr. Krambeer has been recognized by Barron’s as a Top 100 Independent Wealth Advisor four years in a row and as one of America’s Top Financial Advisors for six consecutive years. Prior to Validus, Mr. Krambeer founded Camden Capital in 2004 and served as Chief Executive Officer and Partner of the firm. Before forming Camden Capital, Mr. Krambeer spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch and helped build the Private Banking and Investment Group. Mr. Krambeer is active in the community supporting various philanthropic organizations, including serving as the Founder and President of the Southern California Rodeo Boosters. Mr. Krambeer received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Woodbury University.

  • Jon Love

    KingSett Capital

    Jon Love is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KingSett Capital, the leading Canadian private equity real estate investment business co-investing with institutional and ultra-high net worth clients. In fifteen years KingSett has raised over $9 billion of equity for its various real estate equity and debt fund strategies and today owns interests in over $14 billion of assets in Canada. Mr. Love was formerly President and CEO of Oxford Properties Group and serves on the Board of Directors of the Chief Executives Organization and is a member of the Business Council of Canada and YPO. He received an Honors of Business Administration from Western University’s Ivey School of Business, where he is an Emeritus Advisory Board member. Mr. Love received an Honorary Doctorate from Western University in 2016 and became a Member of the Order of Canada in 2018.

  • Tony Pritzker

    Pritzker Private Capital

    Tony Pritzker is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pritzker Private Capital. Mr. Pritzker has spent over twenty years leading middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies. From 2004 to 2007, he served as Chairman of AmSafe Partners, the leader in aircraft seating restraints. From 2000 to 2004, he served as President of Baker Tanks, the nation's leading tank and pump equipment rental business. In 1998, he was appointed by the Marmon Group to oversee Stainless Industrial Companies, a portfolio of several industrial manufacturing companies. Prior to 1998, Mr. Pritzker directed operations in Asia for Getz Bros. & Co., while at the same time serving as Group Executive at the Marmon Group and overseeing several manufacturing companies. He currently chairs UCLA's Institute of the Environment and Sustainability and co-chairs the UCLA Centennial Campaign Committee. He also serves on the boards of The Hammer Museum, the LA County Museum of Art, and Foster Care Counts. Mr. Pritzker has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Dartmouth and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

  • Sam Benavram, CFA

    Senior Associate, Investments

    Sam Benavram joined FrontRange from Resource Land Holdings, where he served as an Investment Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Benavram earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and is a CFA charter holder.

  • Emily Bernard

    Vice President, Senior Controller

    Emily Bernard joined FrontRange from KSL Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in travel and leisure businesses, where she was a Fund Accounting Senior Manager. Prior to joining KSL, Mrs. Bernard was with Braddock Financial from 2011 to 2016. Before joining Braddock, Mrs. Bernard began her career with ALPs Fund Services (now SS&C ALPS) on their alternative investments fund accounting team. Mrs. Bernard earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

  • Louie Cohen

    Senior Vice President,
    Legal & Chief Compliance Officer

    Louie Cohen joined FrontRange from Republic Financial Corporation, a private investment firm with a diverse portfolio of real property assets and operating companies, where he served as General Counsel. Prior to joining Republic in 2007, Mr. Cohen was an attorney in the Commercial Law and Securities Group in the Denver, Colorado office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), where he focused on corporate and financial transactions. Mr. Cohen earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.

  • Summer Farnsworth

    Associate, Operations

    Summer Farnsworth joined FrontRange from EdgeRock Wealth Management, where she served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Ms. Farnsworth earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University.

  • Kyle Flippen

    Vice President, Investments

    Kyle Flippen has seven years of real estate experience and has been involved with over $1B of transactions over a variety of product types. Prior to joining FrontRange, Kyle was with Schnitzer West, a vertically integrated real estate investor, developer, and property manager of office and multifamily assets, where he served in a variety of roles and most recently as Investment Director. Previously, he worked for Brinkman Partners focusing on project management for student housing, multifamily, healthcare facilities, and office. Mr. Flippen earned a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.

  • Robert Garcia, CFA, CAIA

    Vice President, Capital Markets

    Robert Garcia joined FrontRange from V3 Capital, a long/short hedge fund focused on publicly traded real estate, where he led Investor Relations. Previously, he served on the Business Development teams at Catalyst Capital Advisors, Winton Capital, and Gotham Asset Management. Mr. Garcia earned a Master of Finance and Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

  • Connor Grealy

    Vice President, Investments

    Connor Grealy joined FrontRange from Dreamscape Companies, an owner, developer, and operator of multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use assets, where he served as Vice President. Previously, he held roles at Imperial Companies and Acadia Realty Trust. Mr. Grealy earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

  • Reagan Hall

    Vice President,
    Data Analytics

    Reagan Hall joined FrontRange from Pennybacker Capital, an Austin-based real estate private equity firm, where he served as Vice President on the Investments Team investing on behalf of multiple credit and equity funds totaling over $500 million. Prior to Pennybacker, Reagan worked at AEW Capital Management in Boston, working on their value-add equity funds as an Analyst. He is currently pursuing a dual-degree Master in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence through the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a concentration in Finance.

  • Hannah Henderson, CPA

    Senior Associate,
    Capital Markets

    Hannah Henderson joined FrontRange from BMC Investments, where she was an Investor Relations Analyst within the Accounting team. She started her career with Ernst & Young, where she spent time working in both the audit and tax service lines. Ms. Henderson earned her Bachelor's degree from Rhodes College in Commerce & Business, and holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

  • Austin Huth, CPA

    Senior Associate,
    Financial Reporting

    Austin Huth joined FrontRange from the Charles Schwab Corporation, where he was part of the Corporate Tax team within the Corporate Controller's group. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was involved in specialized tax services, such as cost segregation studies. He is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate and the Built Environment through the University of Denver. Mr. Huth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Erik Jensen

    Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance

    Erik Jensen joined FrontRange from Polsinelli PC, where he was an attorney focused on joint ventures, tax, and corporate transactions in the real estate industry. Prior to his time at Polsinelli, Mr. Jensen was a shareholder and associate in the Denver and Houston offices of other national law firms. Mr. Jensen holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.

  • Mike Laudato, CPA

    Senior Accountant

    Mike Laudato joined FrontRange from Plante & Moran, PLLC, where he served as an Assurance Associate responsible for supporting private equity and real estate investment clients in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports. Mr. Laudato earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Pre-Law from Ohio University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Chris Leggee

    Senior Vice President, Capital Markets

    Chris Leggee has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in raising capital globally from institutional, family office, and high net worth investors. Prior to FrontRange, he led capital markets efforts for The Calida Group and served on the firm's Investment Committee. Previously, he spent seven years at Griffis Residential raising capital for the firm's discretionary funds, and in an earlier role expanding the acquisition platform into key western markets. Mr. Leggee earned a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.

  • Becky Lumly

    Senior Vice President,
    Chief Financial Officer

    Becky Lumly joined FrontRange from Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) where she served as Vice President of Finance for the Lifestyle Hotel Division. Hyatt acquired Two Roads Hospitality in 2018, where Mrs. Lumly served as Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for leading the property finance and accounting function for 73 hotels, residential and resort properties across North America. Prior to joining Two Roads, Mrs. Lumly served in a variety of accounting and development roles at Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) from 2002 to 2010. Mrs. Lumly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

  • Joe Marucci

    Controller

    Joe Marucci joined FrontRange following his graduation from the University of Colorado Denver where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining FrontRange, Mr. Marucci worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant with Professor Yosef Bonaparte, and also served as President of the Portfolio Management Group that manages the University’s endowment.

  • Scott McEachron

    Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance

    Scott McEachron joined FrontRange from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, where he was an attorney focused on mergers & acquisitions and debt finance. Before joining Brownstein in 2016, Mr. McEachron was an attorney with Republic Financial Corporation, a private investment firm with a diverse portfolio of real property assets and operating companies, where he served as Corporate Counsel. Mr. McEachron earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

  • Sam Merkel

    Senior Vice President, Investments

    Sam Merkel has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, having closed more than $10 billion of transactions across various property types. Prior to joining FrontRange, he served as a Senior Investment Leader in Private Real Estate at Partners Group, a global private equity firm with approximately $150 billion of assets under management. Previously, he held roles as an associate at both Starwood Capital Group and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, specializing in acquisitions across North America. Mr. Merkel earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Chicago and graduated from Harvard Business School with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar. He is also a CFA charter holder.

  • Leah Mumford

    Manager, Legal & Compliance

    Leah Mumford joined FrontRange from the Denver, Colorado office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, where she was a Real Estate Paralegal. Prior to joining Brownstein in 2016, Ms. Mumford was a Senior Transaction Paralegal at Republic Financial Corporation, a private investment firm with a diverse portfolio of real property assets and operating companies. Ms. Mumford earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Lewis College and holds a Paralegal Certificate.

  • Neal Papajcik, CPA

    Vice President, Investments

    Neal Papajcik joined FrontRange from Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Office Risk Advisory Group. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Papajcik was a Senior Auditor for CME Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Papajcik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate from Marquette University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Nicole Riggio

    Vice President, Operations

    Nicole Riggio joined FrontRange from Cadian Capital Management, a New York City-based long/short equity hedge fund focused on investments in the Technology, Media, and Telecom space. Ms. Riggio was responsible for managing the operational, administrative, and logistical needs of the firm from its inception in 2007 through 2018. Ms. Riggio earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.

  • Ben Shepherd

    Senior Accountant

    Ben Shepherd joined FrontRange from Northwood Investors, where he served as a Fund Accountant. Mr. Shepherd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

  • Will Waddell

    Analyst, Investments

    Will Waddell joined FrontRange following his graduation from Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude. Prior to joining FrontRange, Mr. Waddell worked as a Teaching Assistant and Guest Lecturer at Cornell, instructing in Advanced Business Modeling and Advanced Desktop Applications.

    Alli Wells joined FrontRange following her graduation from the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management.

  • Max Will

    Senior Associate, Capital Markets

    Max Will joined FrontRange from Partners Group, a global private equity firm with approximately $150 billion of assets under management, where he focused on U.S. capital fundraising efforts. Previously, he held investment roles at Partners Group within the firm’s private equity and private infrastructure platforms. Mr. Will graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Mandarin Chinese at Colorado State University.

    Oliver Zunder joined FrontRange following his graduation from Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
