Naeem did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my new house. Even with very short notice, he was able to provide same-day service, which I really appreciated. He was professional, clean, and very attentive to the inside of my home, taking great care while working. I also had a really nice discussion with him, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The carpets look great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

What! Only 5 stars? We called Maple Fresh Carpet Cleaning because we're having company in a couple weeks and realized we hadn't had our carpet cleaned for years. We chose Maple Fresh because of the positive ratings. Naeem lived up to those reviews and then some. The work done on one heavily soiled family room came out beyond belief. We had thought we needed to replace it but he was able to get it sparkling clean. The upholstery was the same. Excellent job at a reasonable price. He did such a good job on the carpets, we asked him back to professionally clean our ceramic tile floors. As tough a job as a textured grouted ceramic floor might be, it came out beautifully. He even did a walk around to touch up a couple places that he felt could be done better. The man takes pride in his work! If you want the job done right, call the professionals. They have the experience and equipment to satisfy the most discriminating customers.

Naeem just finished cleaning a chair & ottoman and it looks brand new again. Naeem was friendly, courteous & professional. He is very knowledgeable about his cleaning process & explained it before he started. I will definitely be using Fresh Maple again and I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience getting my upholstery cleaned on a 25 year old large sectional sofa and matching chair. The owner and his son arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. They explained the entire cleaning procedure before starting. They showed me how clean their equipment was before beginning, AND the dirty water once they finished. The entire room smelled so clean and fresh after. The furniture looked like new (I have taken very good care of it over the years). They carefully disposed of the dirty water down my toilet, and when they left, there was not one drop on any floor. Leading up to the day, I received a couple of text reminders, which I found reassuring. I highly recommend their services and will have them back again. 10/10 !

I recently had all of my dining chairs cleaned by Naeem, and he did an outstanding job! He was professional, punctual, and took great care with the fabric and detailing on each chair. The difference is night and day and all the stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the chairs look almost brand new again. He worked efficiently and left everything spotless when they finished. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality upholstery cleaning and great customer service.
