Preparing your child(ren) for a visit
Help your child(ren) understand that he/she has done nothing wrong and that it is not their fault. Maintain a positive outlook on the visitation. Be consistent with attending scheduled visitations.
Supervised visits can take place for various reasons, including:
  • Court orders requiring supervised contact.
  • Concerns over the child’s emotional or physical safety.
  • Situations where reintroduction between a parent and child is necessary after a period of separation.

Fremont Connections accepts referrals from Children Services, Court Systems and self referrals.

Benefits of Supervised Visits:

Safe Environment: Ensures the child remains physically and emotionally safe, allowing them to interact with their parents in a neutral, stress-free setting.

Positive Parent-Child Interaction: Encourages meaningful interactions that focus on nurturing relationships, allowing parents to demonstrate care and responsibility.

Neutral Third-Party: The presence of a supervised monitor ensures unbiased reporting on visit outcomes, helping courts and child protection services in their decision-making processes.
