About the challenge
Fremd Hacks is a hackathon dedicated to addressing suicide awareness among high-school students. This event provides a platform for participants to leverage their creativity and technical skills to develop innovative solutions aimed at saving lives and supporting individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts. Participants will have the opportunity to create various software solutions such as apps, websites, or other digital tools that can offer support, resources, and intervention pathways for those at risk of suicide. The hackathon aims to foster collaboration, critical thinking, and empathy among participants as they work towards developing impactful solutions to tackle this pressing issue. Through Fremd Hacks, high-school students will not only have the chance to showcase their technical prowess but also contribute to making a positive difference in their communities by promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
