Add free products (such as our Blueprint libraries) to your cart and complete checkout as normal. No payment is required.
You cannot buy the same product twice on one account. For multiple licences (e.g. schools or large studios), please contact support for bulk options.
All products are delivered as digital downloads and are available immediately after purchase, once activated in Native Access 2.
You’ll see a confirmation page at checkout and receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
Your order history and invoices are available on your Account page. Purchases made before September 2025 must be imported using the Order Import tool.
No. All products are supplied as digital downloads.
If your download is unusually slow and your internet connection is fast, you can test your connection at speedtest.net. If there are no local issues, please check with your Internet Service Provider for possible outages. If the issue relates to Native Access 2, please contact Native Instruments Support.

Payments & Billing

We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
GBP for UK customers, EUR for EEA customers, and USD for North America and all other regions.
Your displayed currency is based on your IP address. If you’re using a VPN, your region may appear incorrectly. Disable or adjust your VPN to see the correct currency. Customers outside the UK and EEA will only see USD.
Check that all details are correct. Some territories are restricted by Stripe due to US government sanctions. If this doesn’t apply to you, contact support.
If your account includes at least one of the products in a bundle, you qualify for an upgrade. Ensure past purchases have been imported into your account. The discount is calculated automatically at checkout.
If you believe the discount shown is incorrect, please contact support. Note: bundle upgrades are based on current product prices, so the discount may not match the amount you originally paid.
Enter your VAT number at checkout. If logged in, it will be saved to your account for future orders. You can also add or update it later from your Account page.

Licensing & Ownership

Your serials are visible in your Account page and are included in your order confirmation email.

If you own any legacy products that do not have a serial for Native Instruments, these will not appear in your serial list. If you need download links for these products, please contact our support team.

If your products that have serial numbers do not appear, check that you have imported the serials from the correct email address, and contact our support team if that does not resolve the issue.

Yes. You can import orders linked to different email addresses into your main account, as long as you own and have access to those addresses.
No. Licences are non-transferable, whether free or paid. This is outlined in our EULA.
You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or the serial activated. After download or activation, refunds are not possible. Please ensure compatibility with your system before purchasing.
Yes. Once you hold a licence (free or paid), you can use our libraries in your musical compositions. Please see our EULA for details.

Product Setup & Compatibility

Yes — our libraries run in Native Instruments’ free Kontakt Player unless stated otherwise. Each product page lists compatibility and minimum version requirements under "At a Glance". Kontakt and Kontakt Player can be used standalone or as plug-ins in any VST/AU compatible host.
We recommend checking the latest requirements for Kontakt Player and Native Access 2 before purchasing. As a guideline: at least 16GB of RAM, an 8-core CPU, and a dedicated fast SSD.
Any DAW that can run AU or VST3 plug-ins is compatible. Kontakt Player can also run in standalone mode.
Take your serial number from your order confirmation email (or your Serials page) and enter it in Native Access 2. Once authorised, the product will appear ready to download and install.
Yes. You can install libraries on up to three devices you own, provided you are the sole user.
An internet connection is required to download and authorise products via Native Access 2. Once authorised, offline use is possible.
Libraries are updated directly through Native Access 2. If an update is available, it will be indicated in Native Access, and you’ll receive an email if subscribed to our mailing list.

Troubleshooting & Performance

This usually occurs if the library has been transferred to another computer or user folder without relinking in Native Access 2, or if the download folder is corrupted. Use Native Access 2 to repair or reinstall the library.
Yes, all products that run in Kontakt Player are NKS compatible with Native Instruments hardware and accessibility tools.
Ensure you are using the latest version of Native Access 2. If issues persist, contact support.
We recommend storing libraries on a dedicated fast SSD. Batch resaving in the lowest version of Kontakt/Kontakt Player you use can also speed up load times.
High-sample libraries require more CPU. We recommend a minimum 8-core CPU. Reduce CPU usage by increasing your DAW buffer size or freezing unused tracks.
Reduce RAM usage by purging unused microphone positions or articulations, and using the "purge" function in Kontakt to unload samples once your composition is complete.
