So I'm watching the entire Kidou Keisatsu Patlabor: The TV Series run this week; So far I've watched up to Episode 28 (DVD Volume 8). I noticed that at the end of DVD Volume 7 (Episode 26) they changed the intro slightly because a character left the show and was replaced. See, the intro has each of the main ten characters show up two by two, with the character names and voice actor names appearing on screen. Well, for some reason, the intro was changed back to the old version in DVD Volume 8. I'm wondering if this was something Central Park Media/US Manga Corps did on purpose to save some money, or if this was a mistake done by the production company.

I also have to somehow sell enough stuff to get $170 this week. And I don't mean on eBay, I'm not touching that money - I meant selling other stuff I have around. Computer hardware, old books, comics, video games, and such. The reason? Patlabor The Movie 1 Deluxe Edition, Patlabor The Movie 2 Deluxe Edition, and four 6-movie boxsets that are on sale (buy one get one free) at DeepDiscountDVD. I want the first two because that's all I need to complete my "Every R1 DVD Patlabor release" collection. The others? Six movies for $20. How can I pass that up? And I was thinking of buying the collections last thanksgiving but couldn't afford them.
