Fox Rehab app facilitates Fox users by allowing them to send referral orders straight from mobile app. Users can scan the referral document or fill the required information and upload it, where it will be processed and will be assigned by supervisor to an indexer. Major Features of Fox app are as: - Send referral orders on the go. - Scan and auto detect document and take picture of it. - Multiple Documents can be uploaded for a single referral. - Add patient Insurance and address. - Add patient diagnosis in referral. - Add procedure information in the referral. - Create new patient or update patient demographics. - Manually create the referral, view the final draft and sign it. - Send message to your fellow colleagues or referral source. - Create group chat with other users. Fox Trax for Regional Directors: Regional Directors can manage their region cases and clinicians using Fox Trax app. Regional Directors can do following using app - View pending assignments of their assigned regions. - Assign a case to a clinician based on smart suggestion by app. - Hold a pending assignment case for later assignment. - View case details and case history for more information. - View and add notes for particular client. - Ability to extend the hold on a case. - Reassign a case to some other clinician. - Add treatment team member to a cases. - View the schedule of an assigned clinician. - View the appointment history of an active client. - View open issues relevant to a case. - View and comment on the tasks assigned to them or their region. - Approve or deny PTO requests. - Reassign the void appointments during clinician PTO to other clinicians. - Approve appointment reassign requests by the clinicians. - View and update their regions clinician information.
