Good morning, yesterday my Osclass site was automatically updated to version 8.2.1. It hadn't been updated for years because it was giving an error, but oddly enough, yesterday it updated itself automatically.

The problem is that users try to log in to their accounts, and it tells them the password is incorrect.

I've tried changing the password from the administrator, but it still doesn't let me in; the message that the password is incorrect keeps appearing.

I've tried creating a new user, and the same thing happens. When I log out, I try to log in again, and it tells me the password is incorrect.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

It sounds like something happenes on your server, maybe Bcrypt change.
Try to use forgotten password feature.

The problem is now even worse; it simply won't let you log in to the control panel with the administrator password.

We restored backups from previous days, and it worked for a few seconds, but then something seems to update automatically and won't let us in.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Something wrong with your server, SSL could be issue too, session with low lifetime (second or less) too.

I've got 502 error after I've tried to login, does not sound to be osclass related.

Good morning, our server tells us the following:

"We're not seeing 502 errors on the server or in the browser console. If it stops working after updating osclass, everything indicates that the application is generating the error, which is very strange. The user loses their password after successfully logging in. Please inform the developer that there is no 502 error."

A 502 Bad Gateway error is an HTTP status code indicating a problem between two servers, where the first server (the gateway) receives an invalid response from the server it's communicating with.

Which two servers? No errors appear on our server.

Most probably between your PC and server where is your site.

Hi. This happens to all of our more than 2,000 users, not just us. I don't think that's the problem. Our server was telling us the errors were coming from the theme, so we changed the theme, but the problem persists. Anything else you can advise? Thanks.
