It said that "The license is bound to your account and includes 12 months of updates and technical support. After support expiration, the product remains functional, but updates and support are no longer available."  How does one get any updates and support after the 12 months are over if they will no longer be available?  Please help explain.  Thank you.

When needed, you can renew for 35% of base price.
