Hello, what does pre-integrated plugins mean?  Does it mean the plugin is already in the theme and is fully useable and no need to purchase the plugin?  Please help explain.  Thank you.

Means plugin is well pre-integrated.
If you install plugin, nothing is required and it will nicely match theme design without need for mods.
