based on some similar parts it seems to me that the orientation and description of 70681 should be changed to:
Arch  1 x  3 x  1 Inverted  with  1 x  1 Cutout
from Slope Brick Curved  1 x  3 with  1 x  2 Inverted Cutout.

The similiar parts are:
6806 Arch  2 x  6 x  0.833 Inverted
78666 Arch  1 x  2 x  1 Inverted
18653 Arch  1 x  3 x  2 Inverted

We can change the description to get it better sorted, but not the orientation, unless there is something really wrong in the geometry.

I checked the parts 6806 and 70681 and there is room for improvement.

The real parts have the same curve while the two official parts do not.
   

The curve coincides quite well with that of 24201. By juxtaposing the real pieces I see a bit of light, but perhaps it is a matter of realization.
If I do the same with the 76801 and 24201 models they are coincident and the curve is made with a primitive.
Because of the primitive used, there are a lot of double vertices in the edges, but you can do little without rewriting all the dependencies.
   

Instead 6806 and 24201 are in interference. The curved face of 6806 is also made with quads.
   

I think it is appropriate to fix:
