The Realm of Kaerwyn may not follow the laws outside of the United States. We do not target or advertise specifically to users outside of the United States of America. If you are not comfortable with using a site that may not conform to your local laws regarding internet usage, we strongly urge you not to use The Realm of Kaerwyn.

- 4. Your IP address is recorded when you perform certain actions on our site. Your IP address is never publicly visible.
- 5. IRC logs and 'bot' information (Nickserv, chanserv, etc) are used as a Legitimate Interest in maintaining the site and for moderation purposes. IRC logs and other information are not publicly visible from The Realm of Kaerwyn, however individual site members may also log IRC conversations and we have no control over their use of such logs.
