Great point, bc halfway through all of his explanations I kept thinking: holy fuck this is a lot to take in, learning curve etc. But that's why many games (for me) are amazing bc learning like that only makes it more fun when you finally kick some ass.

Hello all, so I've been trying to do this all day from my emailed save games from my iPad to my amazon fire 8. But it's not working. any help? Doesn't let me use baldur s gate to read the saved file nor tell the saved file to be opened y baldur s gate 2 EE. Any ideas? Pls help!

My ipad 2 works when I transferred my original saved games from my PC (from when I was using the original CDROMs....) did it via Email. No problems there. But now I'm trying to use the games from my ipad and somehow get them into my tablet (amazon fire 8) using the android version of the game. Don't think there's a way…

I believe I fixed it. Just Polymophed w Jaheira and bam she popped back into existence. lol. Hilarious.

Same issue here except it does it with Jaheira right after Adalon transports us from the Underdark. Man, is it ever infuriating! Did you end up fixing it on your end? I've heard the only way is to transfer the file to PC, fix it there then transfer it back. My PC files of the game were the original CD ROMs from the late…

Sorry, should've mentioned this, I'm playing on my ipad...when I click on her portrait the game doesn't go to her location. I'm thinking of porting a previous saved game (when actually in the underdark) then seeing if it's still doing that. Then porting it back over if it works.

For me, the map wasn't updated until I spoke to the lord in the Copper Coronet. Only after I did that was I able to travel to the Windspear Hills, give the dryads their acorns then go to Firkraag's Dungeon.

I don't see a record screen, tried language, saved it closed the app then re opened. Same thing happens. It's very weird.

I am glad they fixed the entangle and other issues w BGEE so for now I am playing this and it rocks (yes a year later but fuck it). It's a game I played in high school and waited a little more time for a playable update. Big freaking deal.

People people. It's coming. Relax. Take a deep breath and think of all the madness and such that will ensue when you ARE playing it. I think my tablet's going to be getting a full on workout w use when this baby comes out. I cannot wait ! Alas I am forced to but no biggie. *sending tons of patience to all of you*. ;)

It's as sad as my life because I think the same exact thing. Thankfully I picked up a 32 gig ipad 3 but even then the space on it is dwindling. Must delete space to make more room for BGEE damn it!
