Fibraform® Beta-Glucan+ supports the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with beta-glucans. To increase fiber intake, 6 g of fiber per daily serving are included. Best quality is a given, just like with every FormMed product.
Health Benefits
Supports the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with oat beta-glucans (at least 3 g per day). The intake of oat beta-glucans as part of a meal also helps to reduce the rise in blood sugar levels after the meal. For this, 4 g of beta-glucans must be consumed with 30 g of available carbohydrates as part of a meal.

Stir 4 g of powder (approx. 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) into 100 ml of liquid and take it with each of the three main meals daily.
If necessary, the daily portion (12 g = approx. 3 slightly heaped measuring spoons) can also be taken all at once or divided into two meals.
Tip: The powder can also be stirred into other cold drinks and foods, such as juice, muesli, or yogurt, as desired.
Please note: The powder has a high swelling capacity. A slight thickening after a short standing time is normal.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
